- Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused, unwashed, and undamaged ready-made items only.
- Fabrics and custom-tailored garments are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
