🧾 Order Cancellation Policy
- Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- This applies to all types of orders, including fabric purchases and custom/ready-made garments.
🔁 Return Policy
We follow a strict no-return policy for all fabric and custom-tailored product orders due to the nature of the items.
However, we accept returns only under the following condition:
- The product delivered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos or video proof of damage or defect must be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Non-returnable items:
- Cut fabrics
- Tailored or altered garments
- Ready-made garments without damage
- Items requested for return after 24 hours of delivery
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if the returned product is found to be defective or damaged upon inspection by our team.
- Once the returned item reaches our hands and is verified, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
📦 Return Shipping
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong product, damage during shipping, etc.).
